A few weeks ago, 6th graders worked on a project for Art following Javier Orta’s style.
Javier Ortas is a Spanish artist. His paintings are based on lines: landscapes, portraits, scenes… Some students even got to visit his exhibit in one of Pamplona’s downtown art galleries.
After finishing our pieces of art, we laminated them to keep them intact. They were all fantastic!
Recently, our teacher contacted the artist to share with him our creations, he got so excited and amazed we has posted some of them in his FaceBook account. He wanted to show he loved our art and he was delighted of how 6th grade students understood his paintings so well.
